    I can't access the checkout page or payment gateway from checkout :

      - You'll have to create an account on the "login page" and enter a valid address (if on mobile, scroll down a bit, and the "New Customers" bit will appear).

      - Please head to the "your account" section to check your address is complete as SagePay uses the details provided as another mean of verification.

      - Have you entered a valid email address ? Remember, no spaces are allowed !

     

    I can't get my address saved / updated :

    A few things to check :

      - Fill in all the fields marked with a *

      - Select your parish from the drop down menu

      - Enter your postcode in capitals i.e JE2 4FN as opposed to je2 4fn

     

     

     

    I've lost my password / username :

    Head over to the "login page" and fill in the required fields. You'll receive an email with all the required details.

     

    I can't add the product I fancy to my basket :

    Your chosen item is regrettably out of stock. In most cases, however, there is an alternative : time to be adventurous and try something new !

     

    I can't add a Delivery Address :

    Here's how you do it : 

      - Log in using your usual username & password

      - Head to the "your account" section

      - Click onto the "Delivery Address" button

      - Add the required details

      - Save, et voila

     

     

    I haven't received a confirmation email, but my payment went through :
